Shared Lunch and Networking
During lunch, patients/caregivers and clinician attendees will come together to share first-hand experiences about sarcoidosis, meet local specialists, and discuss real-world challenges of diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management.  Lunch is provided.Â
Logistics and Accessibility
- Cost: There is no cost to attend, but advanced registration is required by September 15th
- Meals: Lunch will be provided. Please indicate dietary needs when registering
- Parking and transportation: FSR will cover parking cost for the day-of the event Â

- Hotel Location: Located in the heart of Center City, Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown places guests within walking distance of the Pennsylvania Convention Center, LOVE Park, and other cultural attractions as well as easy access to Philadelphia’s business, leisure, and historic districts
